angles to the center line of said Texas Street.
The Grantee, its successors and assigns, and its and their agents and employees, shall
have free access to said electric line and every part thereof, at all times, for the
purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, and shall have the right to trim or
tap such trees ae say endanger or interfere with said electric line.
The Grantee herein agrees to remove or relocate all facilities and plant fixtures
placed an the above described lot, under the right created by this easement, at its
own expense and at such time as the public convenience may so require.

28, 1960, we are submitting to you for execution a new
easement, which has been prepared to include the "re-
location clause" as recited in the above !-mmentioned
letter.
Since Tose noir seem to be in agreement, may I ask that
you process the enclosed easement in accordance with
our original request dated July 18, 1960.

RESOLUTION COUCERNING GRANT OF EASEHENT BY THE CITY OF REDLANDS TO THE,
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON CUNPANT.

R53OLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby
determines that the easement for publoc utility purposes described herein is
naW required for public use$ and finds that the conveyance of said easement
is not necessary- for the public convenience, safety, welfare$ or for any public
use of said city.
RrSOLM that the City Council does hereby author:i.ze the conveyance
by Grant of Easement to the SOUTHERN CAL17ORN3:A EDISON CO iPAVY of the real
property in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows:
