That the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, acting by and through its Director of Public Works,does hereby grant to

all that certain real property situate, lying and being in the City of Redlands
County rS San Bernardino State of California, described as follows, to-wit
Those portions of Lots 7 and 8 of WOODLA10 TRACT, as per Plat
recorded in Book 15 of Maps , Page 56 , Records of said County, more
particularly described as follows :
BEGINNING at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 8; thence along
the Westerly line of said Lots 8 and 7, North On 08 ' 31" West 79.99
feet ; thence South 550 33 ' 40" East 14.0.16 feet to a point in the South-
erly line of said Lot 8, distant thereon 44.18 feet Westerly from the
Southeasterly corner of said Lot 8 ; thence along said Southerly line
Westerly 115.40 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 4,615 square feet, more or less.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto the State of California any and
all rights of ingress to or egress from the land herein conveyed over
and across the Northeasterly line thereof.
It is the purpose of the foregoing exception and reservation to
provide that no easement of access shall attach or be appurtenant to
the property hereby conveyed, by reason of the fact that the same abuts
upon a public way and upon a State highway, with access only to the
State highway being restricted.
