Beginning at Southeasterly corner of Tract No. 3000
(Barbaret Brothers) , County of San Bernardino., thence
easterly south of and adjacent to property line a distance
of approximately 418 feet; thence southerly west of and
adjacent to property line a distance� of approximately
1050 feet, to the northwesterly corner of Tract No. 2906
(Carpenter) County of San Bernardino, all being within
bounds and along property lines of College of Medical
Evangelists, owners, Loma LindaO California, a portion
of Lots 15 and 16., Block 75., Rancho San Bernardino., as
recorded in Book 53 of Maps, Page 7. Records of San
Bernardino County, California.
Also a right of ingress and egress across above
mentioned property, to construct and maintain a water
main crossing said property which is 10 feet southerly
and westerly and parallel to the northerly and easterly
boundary of said property. The installation of said water
