aacording to Government Surrey; thence easterly along southerly
boundary line of said property to easterly line of said property.
Also a right of ingress and egress across above described
property to construct and maintain a water main crossing said
property which is one foot northerly and parallel to the
southerly boundary of said property. The installation of said
water main to be at minimum depth of two (2) feet below present
ground surface at all locations except those installations as
