page 36 , records of San Bernardino County, California.
Said easement to be along line sixteen (16) feet west of
east property line of the above described property, for
the purpose of installation and maintenance of a grater
main, with rights of ingress and egress as necessary
for adegiiate operation and repair of said water rain.
