hereby grants to the City of Redlands, a municipality, all
that Real Property situated in the City of Redlands, State
of California, and more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land sixty feet (601) in width being 30 feet
on each side of the following described center line; begin-
ning at the Southwest corner of Lot 37 of Tract No. 2953 as
same is recorded in Book 40 of Pups, page 89 thereof; records
San Bernardino County, California; thence South 30 feet to
the true point of beginning; thence North 890 381. East
1,161.48 feet to a point from which the Southeast coiner of
Lot 54 of said Tract No. 2953 bears North 000 011 East 30
feet. (Being College Avenue within said Tract) .
Also, a strip of land sixty feet (601) in width being
