Whereas James Duncan and Edith F. Duncan are the owners of
a certain tract of real property which they are subdividing, known
as the Valencia Vista Tract No, 3249, and have submitted the same to
the City Council of the City of Redlands for approval, and whereas
the question of ingress and egress and adequate space for turning
motor vehicles has arisen at the Northerly end of the two new streeto
it is agreed for the consideration of the City approving said
new ilubdivision, that the owners will convey to the City Lots 10 and
21 of said new subdivision, with the reservation that within a period
of ton years from date, that if a new street running in a Westerly
and Easterly Direction in opened immediately to the North and adjacer
to the said Subdivision the City will 'r' econvey the fee title to said
lots to the within James Duncan and Edith F. Duncan, or to the
survivor of them.
