Attached please find a deed granting an ease—
ment to the City of Redlands for sewers and other utilities
over and across certain lots located in Plock 8 of the resi—
dence plat of Redlmds. We ask your acceptance of this ease—
ment and wish to advise that the matter of driveways and
finished grade from the curb to the property line will be
properly corrected within the very near future.
For your information nine of the eleven homes
are now sold and in escrow. Notices of completion have been
recorded and we are most anxious to close these transactions.
If it were now necessary that we correct the driveway situation
it would again reopen the lien period and necessitate another
35 day wait before deeds to the property could be properly
recorded.
Your approval of this transaction is sincerely
