THE GRANTOR, the CITY OF REDLANDS, a -mmicipal corporation, hereby grants to
the SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDV-130N COMPANY, a corporation, its successors and
assigns, the right to construct, use, maintain, alter, acid to, replace, repair,
and/or remove, in, on and over the real property hereinafter described, situated
in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, an electric line, consisting
of poles, nece4sary guys and anchors, cross—arms, wires and other fixtures and
appliances, f'or conveying electric energy/ to be used for light, heat, power,
telephone and/or other purposes.
Said real property is described as follows:
The NES of Lot or Block 28, Barton Ranch, in the City of Redlands, as per plat
recorded in Book 6 of Maps, page 192 records of said County.
All poles shall be erected and maintained within one foot of the following
described lines
Beginning at a point on the nest Nine of 'Texas Street, as the same now exists,
distant 306.96 feet North of the Southeast corner of the NE4 of said Block 28;
thence Wiest parallel with the North line of said Block 28, 370 feet.
The Grantee, its successors and assigns, and its and their agents and employees,
shall have free access to said electric line and every part thereof, at all times,
for the purpose of exercising the ri-hts herein granted, and shall have the ri; ht
to trim or top such trees as may endanger or interfere with said electric line.
IN WITNESS WHER. F, the City of Redlands, by order of the City Council leas caused
this instrument to be executed on its behalf by its Mayor, this i '�` day of
