We, the undersigned, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby GRL T unto

the City of Redlands, a nunicipal corporation, of the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, for public street and highway purposes only, all our
right, title and interest in and to all that portion of lot 12, Block 20,
Redlands Heights, Map No. 2, as per plat thereof recorded in Book b of
Maps, at Page 36, records of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County,
described as follows:.
Beginning at the most northerly comer of said hot 12, Block 20,
of said Redlands Heights, Hap No. 2; thence soutiZAaeterly along the
northeasterly line of said i,ot 12, to a point 140 .feet from the
southeast line of Crescent Avenue; thence southwesterly and par-
allel with the southeasterly line of Crescent Avenue, a distance of
4 feet; thence northwesterly and parallel with the northeasterly
line of said hot 12, to the southeasterly line of Crescent Avenue,
thence northeasterly along the southeasterly line of Crescent Avenue
4 feet to the point of beginning.

thereof held on the 4th. day of august 1.953, by the
