We, the undersigned, for and in consideration of the sum of One 3011ar
($1.00), the receipt of which is �- reby acknowledged, do hereby GR"T unto
the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation, of the County of San Bernardino,
State of Califcrnia, for public street and highway purposes only, all our
right, title and interest in and to all that portion of hot 6, Block 16,
Smith=s Subdivision No. 2; in the City of Redlands, as per plat thereof
recorded in Book 9 of Maps, rage 42, records of the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at an iron stake, at the Sou.theazt corner of 'Lot 6, Block 16,
said stare being the intersection of the center line of Ridge Street
and Pacific Street; thence North 600 401 West 410.57 feet along the
said center line of Ridge Street; thence South 290 201 Weft 32.2 feet;
thence South 650 091 East 107.0 feet ; thence South 590 33' Bast 268.6
feet to a point in the said center line of Pacific Street; thence
North 790 581 East 45.3 feet along the said center line of Pacific
Street to the ,point of beginning.
EXCEPTING portions lying in Public Streets.

at Page 42, records of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, Calif-
ornia, described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 3, Block 18, of said
Smith' s Subdivision No. 2;; thence south 60"41-0' east, being along the
southwesterly line of said Lot 3, a distance of 90 feet; thence
northerly along a curve concave to the east, having a radius of 47.5r
