An Easement and right to dump the debris ., and the cement foundation of that
certain GREEN MANSION now owned by Emmett Raehn, at the intersection of
Cruwn Street and Sunset Drive , which debris may fall and land on the
following described property:
That portion of Block 63 of said -Map No. 10 of REDLANDS HEIGHTS .,
as per map recorded in Book 9 of Maps , page 17 , records of San Bernardino
County, in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino., State of
California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Soutwest corner of said Block 63 ; thence East 162j
feet , more or less to a point due South of a stake in the center of
proposed Street and Cliff Avenue; thence North 290 feet, more or less to
stake above mentioned thence along Cliff Avenue to point due North of
Southwest corner of Block 63 ; thence due South 106.07 feet to the point
of beginning.
THIS EASEMENT AND RIGHT TO DUMP DEBRIS is given with the under-
standing that the said Emmett Raehn or the City of Redlands
will within a year cover the said debris with dirt from road
construction or other sources.

per map recorded in Book 9 of Maps, page 17 , records of said County.

and the debris therefrom .s going to be pushed over the cliff
t the corner® of GROWN STREBT and SUNSET DRIVE.
The debris X1l fall straight down over a strip of
your property and over a strip of Hort Hazeldinets property. I
understand there is a small canyon at this point and for years
frcm time to time the City has been asked to strengthen the
hillside at this point with dumping,
