Inasmuch as we cannot anchor into a public highway, it becomes imperative that we place a stub pole and an anchor to the Forth of the highway. The stub pole and anchor will strengthen the line running to the South and will keep the pole mentioned hereinabove from falling. If this meets with your approval, will you please present the enclosed Grant of Easement to the City Council for their approval and signatures.
