A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPOINTING SMALL CLAIMS COURT REPRESENTATIVES AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO 7494
WHEREAS, the Small Claims Division of San Bernardino County Superior Court
requires the City to designate a representative to act for the City and in the City's behalf in
Small Claims Court,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Redlands
as follows
Section I Amy Mat-tin, City Human Resources Director, Toirum Ng, Assistant
Director, HR/Risk Management, Brian Aispuro, Risk/Safety Specialist, Lisa Srader, Sr
HR/Risk Management Analyst, Danielle Garcia, Management Services/Finance Director,
Farrah Jenner, Assistant Finance Director, and Karin Grance, Revenue Manager, are
hereby designated and authorized to represent and appear on behalf of the City of Redlands
in the lawful process of any and all small claims actions filed for, or against, the City of
Redlands in Small Claims Court Such persons are not employed solely for the purpose of
representing the City
Section 2 Resolution No 7494 of the City Council of the City of Redlands is
hereby rescinded
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of September, 2017
