AERIAL MAPPING AND LAND SURVEYING SERVICES
This Second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
aerial mapping and land surveying services dated July 26, 2012, (the "Agreement'), by and
between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City") and Aero Tech Surveys
("Consultant")is made and entered into this 19th day of September, 2017
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend the existing Agreement, to
increase Consultant's total compensation for the provision of certain services
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant hereby agree to amend the Agreement as
follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Section 5 1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the
Consultant's compensation and shall read as follows
"5 1 The annual compensation for Consultant's performance of the Services shall not
exceed the amount of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) for the extended one-year term
from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 Total compensation of not to exceed One Hundred
Ninety Seven Thousand Dollars ($197,000)throughout the Initial and Extended terms of
this Agreement Consultant shall be compensated for the Services at the rates and in the
fixed amounts set forth in Exhibit"B",which is attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference"
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment to be
effective as of this 19th day of September, 2017
