The Grantee, its successors and assigns, and its and their agents and employees,,
shall have free access to said electric line and every part thereof, at all
times, for the purpose of exercising the rests herein granted., and shall have
the right to trim or top such trews as may endanger or interfere with said el.e o-

RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY:
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
The City of Redlands, a municipal corporation, hereby grants to the Southern
California Edison Company, a corporation, its successors and assigns, the
right to construct, use, maintain, alter, add to, replace, repair, and/or
remove, in, on and over the real property hereinafter described situated in
the County of San Bernardino, State of California, an electric line, consisting
of poles, necessary guys and anchors , cross-arms , wires and other fixtures and
appliances, for conveying electric energy to be used for light, heat, power,
telephone and/or other purposes.
Said real property is described as follows.
The East 6 feet of all of that portion of the East 1/2 of the West
1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Town.-
ship 1 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, as per
government survey, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Lugonia Avenue North 891
304 37" East 329050 feet from the centerline intersection of Lugonia
Avenue and Texas Street; thence North 0° 374 35" West 1316.91 feet
along the East line of Hunt4s Addition recorded in. Book 15 of Maps,
page 839 records of said County, to a point in the center line of
Pennsylvania Avenue, which lies North 89° 30' 02" East 329.87 feet
from the center line of Texas Street; thence North 89° 301 02"
East 64087 feet, thence South 0° 36' 38" East 1316.92 feet to a
point in the center line of Lugonia Avenue; thence South 89° 304
37" West 64050 feet along the center line of Lugonia Avenue to the
point of beginning.
