Re: Grant of Basement in Mentone
Gentlemen:
In order that the Southern California Edison Company
may replace some fully deteriorated poles, reroute
some lines, clearing the Bender properties of lines
that cross diagonally over their lands, and at the
same time maintain service to the houses south of Mill
Creek Road, we are requesting a Grant of Easement from
the City of Redlands.
This easement will enable us to maintain service to a
portion of the area south. of Mill Creek Road by allowing
us to run a line from California Electric Power pole,
number A 343S to a new pole approximately 38 feet north
of the north. line of Mill Creek Road, thence continuing
in a straight line to a Southern California Edison Com-
pany pole, number 354907E.
If the above meets with your approval, please have this
signed by the proper authorities.
