900 of the Redlands City Council, dated December 17, 1957, a certified copy
thereof having been recorded December 23, 1957, in book 097, page 4.2, Official
Records of said county, described as follows:
BEGIMING at the northeast corner of Lot l of said Paris Addition; thence along
the easterly- prolongation of the north line of said Lot 1, east 58.47 feet to the
west edge of a 6.5 foot wide sidewalk; thence along the west edge of said sidewalk,
south. 34.02 feet to an irony pipe; thence south 29° 19' 50" west 6.87 feet to the
point of intersection of the northwesterly edge of said sidewalk with the easterly
prolongation of the south line of said Lot l; -thence along said prolongated line,
gest 28.12 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence along the north-
easterly line of said Lot 1, northwesterly 48.25 feet to the point of beginning.
This deed is given for the purpose of confirming and making more certain the
boundaries between the respective lands of the grantor and grantee; the con-
sideration therefor being a quitclaim deed executed by the grantee to the grantor
recorded contemporaneously- herewith.

TO CALIFORNIA WATER & TELEPHONE COPLPANY, A CORPORATION
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands,
California, does hereby authorize the remise, release, and quitclaim
by quitclaim deed to the California dater & Telephone Company, a
corporation, of real property in the City of Redlands., County of
San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows
That portion of Cajon Street, as shoran upon the plat
of Park Addition, recorded in book 15 of daps, page 61,
records of said county, as vacated by Resolution No. 900
of the Redlands City Council, dated December 17, 1957,
a certified copy thereof having been recorded December 23,
1957, in nook 4.397, page 442, Official Records of said
county, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Lot 1 of said
Park Addition; thence along the easterly prolongation
of the north line of said Lot 11, east 58.47 feet to the
gest edge of a 605 foot wide sidewalk; thence along the
west edge of said sidewalk, south 34.02 feet to an iron
pipe; thence south 291 191 50" west 6.87 feet to the
point of intersection of the northwesterly edge of said
sidewalk with the easterly prolongation of the south
line of said Lot 1, thence along said prolongated line,
west 28.12 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 1;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor and
the City Clerk of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized, em—
powered and directed to execute said quitclaim deed on "behalf of
the City of -Redlands.
