thence parallel with and 30 feet distant from the centerline of Yucaipa Avenue,

South 890 591 3011 West 52.30 feet; thence South 00 001 30" East 5.00 feet to a
point on the now existing Northerly line of Yucaipa Avenue; thence along said
line North 890 591 30" East to an angle point therein; and thence South 750 211
East to the point of beginning.

California, has received from J. J. GILMORE AND THERESE GILMORE

Bernardino, State of California, as described in the deed dated

the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as per plat recorded in Book 11 of Maps, page 16, records of said
County, described as follows:

point lies. North 91 09' East 25.12 feet from the 0outheasterly corner
of said Block VTI, said corner is at an angle point in the centerline
