CACFP Afterschool Meal Program Expansion Supplemental Grant Agreement
The National League of Cities is pleased to provide the City of Redlands with $10,000 to support plans to
expand the CACFP Afterschool Meal program through this supplemental grant opportunity Grantfunds
may be spent on costs associated with project activities identified In the city's budget su bmitted with
the proposal The supplemental grant is considered an addition to the existing CHAMPS grant, and may
be spent through the grant period ending December 31, 2017
The CHAMPS CACFP Afterschool Meal Program Expansion Supplemental Grant supports cities'
continuation and additional expansion of the Afterschool Meal Programs as outlined in the original and
supplemental grant proposals
By signing this document and accepting this grant, project cities agree
• The previous grant agreement stipulations stillapply—including recognizing Walmart, NLC, and
FRAC in local media outreach materials related to CHAMPS (please see original CHAMPS grant
agreement letter),
• To keepthe Technical Assistance team(NLC,FRAC, and anti-hunger lead) apprised of progress,
including setbacks or unexpected challenges throughout the grant period through regularphone
calls and communication, and to
m Participate in cohort webinars to share strategies and challenges
