That portion of Cajon Street, as shown upon the plat of Park Addition, recorded
in book 15 of !daps, page 61, records of said county, as vacated by Resolution No.
925 of the Redlands City Council, dated February 18, 1958, a certified copy
thereof having been recorded February 27, 1958, in book 4448, page III, Official
Records of said county, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Lot l of said Park Addition; thence along
the easterly prolongation of the north line of said Lot 10 east 58.47 feet to the
west edge of a 6.5 foot wade sidewalk; thence along the gest edge of said side-
walk,, south 311.02 feet to an iron pipe; thence south 290 191 50" west 6.87 feet
to the point of intersection of the northwesterly edge of said sidewalk with the
easterly prolongation of the south line of said Lot 1; thence along said pro-
longated line, west 28.12 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence along
the northeasterly line of said Lot ls, northwesterly 18.25 feet to the point of
beginning.
This deed is given for the puxpose of confirming; and 'laking more certain the
boundaries between the respective lands of the g antor and grantee; the con-
sideration therefor being a quitclaim deed exeorted by the gra tee to the grantor
recorded contemporaneously herewith.
