FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CITY OF REDLANDS, a Municipal Corporation,
hereby grants to
GENERAL PETROLEUK CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation,
the following described real property in the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California:
portion of black 29 as per Map of Barton R,_nch recorded in Book 6 of Maps, page
.9, records of said County, described as follows:
HiGIN'LUNG at the intersection of the Southerly line of the 50 foot wide Southern
'acific Railroad right-of-way and the West line of 80 foot wide Texas Street;
;hence Southerly along the Nest line of said Texas Street to its intersection
Pith the Northerly line of 65 foot wide State Street; thence along said Northerly
.ine of State Street to a point 140 feet west of the V.lost line of Texas Street;
hence northerly along a lane parallel to and 140 feet from the ',jest line of

GENERAL PETROLEUM CORPORATION, A DELA,ARE CORPORATION.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands,
California, does hereby convey, transfer, and demise by grant deed to
the General Petroleum Corporation, a Delaware corporation, of real
property in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State o--.-
California,
rCalifornia, described as follows:
A portion of Plock 29 as per Map of Barton Ranch recorded
in Book 6 of Maps, page 19, records of said County, descr...bE:d

BEGINNING at the intersection of the Southerly line of the
50 .foot wide Southern Pacific Railroad -right --of-way and the
West line of 80 foot wide Texas Street- thence Southerly along
the West line of said Texas Street to its intersection with the
