For a Valuable Consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, dor hereby
GRANT to Harald A. Winn and Helen C. Winn, husband and wife,
all that real property situated in the County of San Bernardino , State of California, described as follows
Lot 1., Bloc A" INTER-RAILROAD ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF LUGONIA
s per plat thereof of record in Book 6 of Maps, at page 29,
records of said County, save and except the Easterly 18 feet 3 inches
thereof which is hereby designated and reserved to the Grantor, City
of Redlands, solely and exclusively for street purposeSo
IN WITNESSEC the :zaid. City of Redlands has caused its corporate name
to be hereunto subscribed by the Mayr of said Gity and attested by its
City Clem and caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this
March 16th, 1951+1 after a formal resolution rellative thereto was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Redlands.
