to the SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, a eorporation., its successors and.
assigns., the right to c:oasstruct,, use, maintains alter, add to, replace, repairs
and/or remove, inn on and over the real property hereinafter described,, situated
in the County of San Bernardinos State of California, as electric line, consist-
ing
of poles, necessary guys and anchors, cross-aams, wires and other* fixtures
and appliances, for conveying electric enemy to be used for light, heat, power,
telephone and/or other purposes.,
Said real property is described as follows:
A strip of land 10 feet in vidth Lying within Lots 9 and 10, Block
1.3, Stretch Map of Mentone, as per plat recorded in Book 8 of Maps., page
81., records of said County.# with the center of the 10 foot strip of land
being described as follows: Beginning at a print on the West lane of
said Lot 14, also being the East line of Grafton Avenue, distant 451.66
feet North of the North line of Madeira Avenue, said North line of Madeira
Avenue also beim the South line of sead Leat 10.; thence East and parallel
.th the North line of said Madeira Avenue to a point 1060 feet East of
the Fast kine of said Crafton Avenue.
The Grantee, its successors and assigns, and its and the:.r agents and employees,
shat) have free access to said electric line and every part thereof, at all times,
for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, and shall have the ra.ght
to trim or top such trees as may endanger or interfere vi.th said electric line.

Gentlemen.
In reference to our telephone conversation of March 12., 1954,
we are subuitting herewith our revised Grant of Easement form
covering our proposed extension of electric facilities to the
Grand Central Aircraft Company.
There will be a total of six poles placed on the property, with
three of the voles being used for a Transformer Rack. The poles
will be forty-five feet in length with the top cross-arias being
approximately thirty-nine feet above the ground level, wath the
Transformer Rack platform being approximately twenty-two feet
above ground level.
If this meets with your approval, please sign the enclosed
Grant of Easement. The signatures should be acknowledged by
a Notary Public.
We would also appreciate a copy of the Minutes of the Council
as pertains to this easement.
