BE IT RESOLVED that the attached Deed executed by the
WESTERN .FRUIT GROWERS, INC. a corporation conveying
certain real property located in the County of San
Bernardino, to the CITY OF REDLANDS be and the same
is hereby accepted and order placed of record.
