We, the undersigned, for and in consideration of the sum
of one Dollar ($1.00) , the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, do hereby GRANT unto the City of Redlands, a municipal
. rporation of _the -Cauaty of 4&n Bernardino, State of Calif ornia,
an easement for public utility purposes only, over, through and
along the west six ( 6) feet of the east one hundred twenty-six �
(126) feet of the north three hundred fifteen (313) feet of Lot •
8, Block D, Second Preliminary Map of Redlands, as per prat
thereof recorded in Book 5 of Maps, at Page 2, records of the
CO'nty Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
IN WITNESS WEEREOF, We knave hereunto set our hands this

Redlands, that the within and foregoing easement be and the
same is hereby accepted and that the real property described
therein be and the same is hereby dedicated to public utility
purposes only.
I HEREB:t' CERTIFY THAT the foregoing Resolution was adopted
by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Redlands at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day of April_
