Enclosed is the deed to a strip of land bordering.,
the north side of Sunset just east of the intersection
of Crown Street and Sunset.
This property is beim d.eed.ed to tne City of Red-
lands for street ptoses, inasmuch as the street Is
narrow and dangerous at this intersection,
The City Manager, Planning Director, and City
Engineer have agreed that in, retiirna for this property
the city will lower the intersection at Crown and Sun-
set and. repave same without cost to present or bast
owners of said property being deeded..
