QUITCLAIM DEED FOR EASalENT.

2 E Whereas Madeline P. Jacobsen, Louis J . Patrosso and Julius V.
3 Patrosso did under date of January 16th, 195 . execute and deliver
4 to the City of Redlands an Easement in writing for storm drain
6 !i purposes and whereas the City Council did on the 16th day of
6 � February accept said Easement and the same was recorded on
7 February 19th, 1951 , in Book 3332 of Official Records Page 40
8 of the San Bernardino County Recorder Office, and whereas the ,

9 City of Redlands does not require nor need said easement, and 1

10 desires to surrender and quit claim the same back to the original ;
11 grantors thereof-

The City of Redlands does hereby quitclaim to Madeline F.
13 Jacobsen, Louis J . Fatrosso and Julius V. Patrosso that certain
14 Easement above referred to and all its right title and interest
15 in and to the South ten ( 10) feet of the east 200 feet of the

Z6 West four hundred (400) feet of Lot 9 of the Subdivision of Lots

9 and 10, Block 77, San Bernardino Rancho, said Lot 9 being as
18 shown on Asap of East Redlands recorded in Book 7 of Plaps, at Page
19 4Y, records of the Conty Recorder of San Bernardino County,
20 IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said City of Redlands has caused its
21 corporate name to be hereunto subscribed by the Mlayor of said City
22 and attested by its City Clerk and caused its corporate seal to be
23 ,1 hereunto affixed this 6th day of April. 1954, and this Quit Claim
24 1 Deed has been authorized by formal Council action.
