to be used for light, heat, power, telephone and/car other purposes

more particularly described as follows.
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of sa,;.d Section 1,
380 feet Northerly of the Southeasterly corner thereof; thence
Westerly 200 feet; thence Northerly 217.8 feet; thence Easterly*

thereof, at all tries, for the purpose of exercising the rights herein
