GRANT DEED
IN CONSIDERATION OF VALUE RECEIVED, we the undersigned . . . . . . .
Morris N.4 Griswold and Florencel S. Griswold, husband and wife . . .
do hereby grant to The City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation,
for street purposes, the real property in the City of Redlands,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, as follows: .
THDSE portions of Block 50, Map No. 9 of a portion of
Redlands Heights, as per plat thereof recorded in Book
1.6 of Maps, page 29, records of San Bernardino County,
California, described as follows:
The Northeasterly thirty feet (30' ) measured to the
centerline of Knoll Road, and the Southwesterly forty-
four feet (441 ) measured to the centerline of Elizabeth
Street (being acknowledgement and dedication of one-half
of right-of-way of the streets named, thereof) adjacent
to the parcel of Land conveyed by a deed recorded on
October 28, 1954, in Book 3494, page 477, of the Official
Records of aforesaid County, and particularly described
as that parcel COMMENCING at a point in the centerline of
Knoll Road which is South 720 40' East 327,62 feet from
a point which is South 380 55' East 211.25 feet (recorded
212 feet) from the centerline of Crescent Avenue;
thence from said point of beginning South 72® 401 East
160 feet;
thence south 120 101 West 297.25 feet (recorded South
12° 131 West 295.8 feet) to a point ift the centerline
of Elizabeth Street;
thence along the centerline of Elizabeth Street North
78° 43' West 120 feet;
thence North 51® 51' West 72.06 feet , more or less, to
a point in the centerline of Elizabeth Street which is
South 170 20' West from the point of beginning;
thence North 170 20' East 282.97 feet to the point
