Gentlemen:
We have been requested to provide electric service to Tract
4537 in the vicinity of your property. In order that we may
comply with this request, we must extend our lines parallel
to your West property line, as shown on the accompanying
sketch. This line will be built in conjunction with the
existine California Electric Power Company line nolo existing
along the West nronerty line of this parcel of land.
If acceptable to you, we therefore ask that you sipx the
original copy of this Grant of Easement exactly as the
name appears. The signature should be acknowledged by a
notary public and we will be glad to refund the fee upon
request. I The duplicate copy! of this document and the sketch
are enclosed for your records.
Your cooperation in promptly returning this agreement will be
appreciated and will enable us to plan for an early installa-
tion of this service. WO have enclosed a self-addressed
envelope (no stamp requ;i3ed) for your use in returning this
agreement. f
