HESOLUT'ION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS
FROM
Hv,30LVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands,
California, has received from J J GILMORE AND THERESE GILMORE
, the grant of real property
by _.GRANT Deed in the City of Redlands , County of San
Ber.aardano, -State of-California, as-described in the deed dated
FEBRUARY 19 , 1958 and attached hereto, said property in-
cluding:
All that portion of Blocks VII and XXXIII , Map of Redlands Heights , in
the City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino , State of California,
as per plat recorded in Book II of Maps , page 16 , records of said
County, described as follows
BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly line of Yucaipa Avenue , said
point lies North 90 09 ' East 25 12 feet from the Ooutheasterly corner
of said Block VII , said corner is at an angle point in the centerline
of said Yucaipa Avenue , thence along the Easterly line of said Block
VII , North 91 09 ' East 5 02 feet, thence parallel with and 30 feet
distant from the centerline of Yucaipa Avenue, the following two
courses and distances , North 751 21 ' West 255 . 27 feet and South
890 59 ' 30" West 52 . 30 feet , thence Oouth 01 00 ' 30" East 5 00 feet to
a point on the now existing Northerly line of Yucaipa Avenue , thence
along said line North 89° 59 ' 30" East to an angle point therein, and
thence South 751 21 ' East to the point of beginning
.33E AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, AND
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED AND OiLDERED that the Mayor and
the City Clerk of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized, em-
powered and directed to accept said` grant on behalf of the said
