HomeMy WebLinkAboutDeeds & Easements_1-1956E � 6R S # 756 ri Form 215 GRANT OF EASEMEAIT (Corporation) THE, GRANTOR, City of Redlands a corporation hereby grants to CALI FDRNIA WATER & TELEPHONE COMPANY a corporation, its successors and assigns,, the right to construct use, maintain, alter, add to, repair, replace and/or remove, in, on, under, anI over the real property hereinafter described, situated in the County of San Bernardino State of California, a telephone line, consisting of poles, necessary guys and anchors, braces, cross-arms, wire, conduits, cables, and other fixtures and appliances, for conveying electric energy to be used for communication, tele- phone, telegraph and/or other purposes. Said real property is described as follows: That portion of Lot 2, Block 35, of Addition No. 1 to the Second Preli- minary Map of Redlands as per plat thereof recorded in Map Book 5, Page 4, Records of San Bernardino County, Ca:ifornij described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 25, TIS, Raw, SBB & M and running thence East 436.20 feet, more or less; thence N 130 501 E, 148.90 feet, more or less; thence N 780 031 E, to a point which bears North, 50 feet and then N 78° 031 E, 503.50 feet, more or less; from the Southwest corner of said Section 25; thence N 420 07t E, 35.80 feet, thence N 89° 341 W, 174,10 feet, more or less; thence S 290 041 W, 44 feet, more or less; to a point which bears North, 73.21 feet and then N 780 351 E, from the Southwest corner of said Section 25; thence S 78° 351 W, to the West line of said Section 25; thence South, 73.21 .feet to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom the Wellsite and Pumping Plant owned by F. P. Morrison measuring 45 feet by 14 feet, located near the Northeast corner of said property. The center line of the easement hereby granted is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Section 25, said point being 236.27 feet, more or less, East of the Southwest corner thereof and running thence N 5111 331 W, 58.0 feet, to Point "A11 and continuing thence N 510 331 W, 30 feet; Also beginning at a point bearing S 510 201 W, 30 ,feet from said point "All and running N 511 201 E, 131.0 feet to point °B" and continuing thence N 510 201 E, 30 feet; Also beginning at a point bearing S 450 501 E, 30 feet from said point "B" and manning thence N 450 501 W to the North line of said property, THE GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, and its and their respective agents and employees, shall have the right to trim or top such trees or shrubs as may endanger or interfere with said telephone line and shall have free access to said telephone line and every part thereof, at all times, for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted.
