Said real property is 'described as follows:
That portion of Lot 2, Blook 35, of Addition No. 1 to the SPacnA PraliminArY Nlap
of Redlands as :ger plat thereof recorded in Ya-P Bonk 5, Page 4, Records of San. Bernardino
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of `'ection 25, T15, R3W, SBB & ISI, and running
thpn.;.a Ep4t 00;.20 feet, more or Less; thence N 13050' E, 1.48.90 feet, more or less;
thence N 78003' E, to a point which bears North, 70 feet end then N 7 3003 1 E, 503.50
feet, more or less; from the Southwest corner of said Section 25; thence N 42007' E,
35.80 feet, thence N 890341 W, 174.10 feet, more or less; thence S 290041 W9 44 feet,
more or less; to a point vhih bears North, 73.21 feet and teen N 780351 7E, from the South-

N 450501 ti;, to the North line of said property.
The Gragntee, its successors and assigns, an- its and their agent and eilplopeess, shall
havo free access to said electric line and every Tart thereof, at all tlmes, for the
purpose of exercising the rights herein ,,ranted, and shall have the right to trim or
top such trees as may endanger or interfere vi.th said electric lima.

Gent2emen:
Recently the CaliParnin Wator and Telephone Company set new noles
on the City of Redlands rraperty, located Northme0erly of 5th Avenue
and Easterly of the Northerly prolongation of Rolling Hills Road.
We now desire to contact these roles with our facilities; thereby in—
creasing our capacity in the vicinity,
We note that the California later and Telephone Company obtained an
easement from the City of Redlands on January 3, 1956, covering their
installation and that the easement was five feet ulde. We will not
place additinnal poles in this alignment, but due to the voltage, we
mill, of necessity, be required to use 10 foot cross—arms, which will
increase our request to a 10 foot easement rather than the existing
Telephone Company easement of 5 feet.
if this meets with your approval, please have the officials of the
Cit,,, sign the easement, hove their signatures aoknovledged by a
Yotary Public, and return the document in the enclosed envelope.
