a curve, concave to the West, and whose radius is 10.00 feet, thence along said curve,
Southerly, 25 48 feet, through a central angle of 1460 00' , to a point on the North-
westerly line of 70 foot aide Summit Avenue, thence along said line, North 710 39' East
32.71 feet to the point of beginning
