RESCIUTION CONCERNING CrRANT OF 30-F OOT YIDE STRIP CF LAD FROM THE UNIVERSITY
.UFS ABIDLPMS.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, California,
W received the grant from the University of Redlands, Grantor, of a 30-foot,
wide strip of land as per plat recorded in rook 42 of Maps, pages 7 and 8
and Rook 15 of Fops, pages 41 and 52, records of Sea.? Bernardino County,
State of California, and described in the HCorporation Quit Claim Deeds,
dated April 20, 1955, attached hereto;
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED IND WDERED that the ?Mayor and the CQ
Clem, of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized, empowered and directed
