EASEMENT DEED
For a good and sufficient consideration, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, SANAKEN CORP., a corporation,
does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF REDLANDS, a muni-
cipal corporation, an easement and right of way over the herein-
after described property for the purpose of planting and main-
taining thereon trees, flowers, and shrubbery for decorative and �f
landscaping purposes Said real property is described as that
property in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, more particularly described as the
Southeasterly 5 feet of the Northwesterly
30 feet of Lot 1, Tract 4037, Velwood Sub
No. 1 as per plat thereof recorded in
Book 53 of Maps at page 33 in the office
of the County Recorder of said County.
