For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to

all rights of vehicular ingress and egress to and from Cypress Avenue,
from Clover Street over and across the southwesterly and northeasterly
extension of the northwesterly lines of Lots 26 and 27, as said avenue,
street and Lots are shown on the flap of Tract No. 5440, in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat
filed in book 67 of Daps, page 32, records of said county.

by Quitclaim Deed in the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, as described in the deed dated
April 4, 1957 and attached hereto, said property in—
cluding
All rights of vehicular ingress and egress to and
from Cypress Avenue , from Clover Street over and
across the southwesterly and northeasterly extension
of the northwesterly lines of Lots 26 and 27 , as
said avenue , street and lots are shown on the Map
