RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OV REAL PROPERTY TO THE- CITY OF REDLANDS
FROM B & N BUILDERS.
RLOOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands !
California, has received from B & N BUILDERS . a corporation
the grant of real property
by (rrant Deed in the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, as described in the deed dated
_A-oril 2. 19.57 and attached hereto, said property in—
cluding: All that portion of Lot 4, Block Q, Addition No. 3
to the Second Preliminary Map of Redlands , in the
City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino , State
of California, as per plat recorded in Book 5 of
Maps , Page 3, records of said County, described as
follows ;
COMMENCING at the most Westerly corner of said Lot
4, in the centerline of San Mateo Street; thence
along said centerline South 331 40' 30" East 155.00
feet; thence parallel with the Northwesterly line
