RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF R-EDLANDS
FROM WILLIAM E. HACKER AND JESSAMINE B. HACKER.
RE=LVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands,
California, has received from WILLIAM E. HACKER and JESSAMINE B.
HACKER, husband and wife , the grant of real property
by Grant Deed in the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, as described in the deed dated
April 1, 1957 and attached hereto, said property in-
cluding:
The East fourteen (14) feet of Lots 31, 32 and south
half of Lot 33 , in Tract 3042 Hay' s First Addition,
City of Redlands as per plat recorded in Book 41 of
Maps , page 72-73 records of said County.
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, AND
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED .AND ORDERED that the mayor and
the City Clark of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized, em-
powered and directed to accept said grant on behalf of the said
City of Redlands,
