THE CRANTORS the CITY OF 'IRMLANDS., a %nicipal Corporations hereby grants
to the SOUTHERN CALIFCRNIA EDISON COMPANY9 a corporations its successors
and Assignsp the right to construct., uses maintainj, alter., add toe replace,,
repairs and/or remove, in, on and over the real property hereinafter
described situated in the County of San Bernardino., State of CalifOrnifts
an electric line., consisting of poles, necessary guys and anchors., cross-
arms,, wires and other fixtures and appliances, for conveying electric energy
to be used for lights heat, powers telephone /or other purposes*
Said property is described as follows:
That portion of Lot 15p C4icago Colony Reservations in the City- of
Redlandsq County of San Bernardinoo St-ate of Galiforniaas per plat recorded
in Book 3 of MaPsq Page 759 records of said County; described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the cen-cer line of Dearborn Street assumed
bearing Korth distant 448.3 feet south of the center line of Terrace Avenue;
thence north 63029' east to a point in the west line of said lot 159 said
point being the true point of beginning- thence southerly along west

property line of lot 15s 15 feet; thence easterly at right a -gle
s to the
west line of lot 159 10 feet, thence northerly., parallel to the west line
of lot 15$ 15 feet-ythence westerlyq at right angles to the -west line of
lot 159 10 feet to the true point of beginning.
The Grantees its successors and assignsp and its and their agents and
employees., shall have free access to said electrac line arid every part
thereof at all timsp for the purpose of exercising, the rights herein
granted., and shall have the right to trim or top suoh trees as my endanger
or interfere with said electric line
