RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redla.nda, California) has
received the grant from. the Grantor, SCHERER HOME BUILDERS, INC., of all that por-
tion of Lot 52 Block 43, H&P 'No- 9 of a Portion of Redlands Heights, in the City
of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded
in Book 9 of Saps, Page 28 thereof, records of said County described as iollovs:
CowENCING at the most Easterly corner of said Lot 5 at an. angle point
in the centerline of Sunset Drive (formerly Cliff kve.); thence along
said centerline, South 370 251 15" v+est (South 370 record)
72.27 feet; thence at right angles, ]forth 520 34' 4511 30.00 feet
to the true point of beginning, said point lies on the Northwesterly
line of said. Sunset Drive and said point is the beginning of a curve,
concave to the Northwest and whose radius is 100.00 feet, and those
initial tangent bears South 370 25' 15" West; thence from the true
point of BEGINNING, along said curve, Southwesterly 81.13 feet and
