RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS

RE.SO.LVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands,
California, has received from L. P. SCHERER. INC. . a corboXZtygW
, the grant of real property
by Quitclaim Deed in the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, as described in the deed dated
April 4, 1957 and attached hereto, said property in—
cluding
All rights of vehicular ingress and egress to and
from Cypress Avenue , from Clover Street over and
across the southwesterly and northeasterly extension
of the northwesterly lines of Lots 26 and 27 , as
said avenue , street and lots are shown on the Map
of Tract No . 5440 , in the City of Redlands , County
of San Bernardino , State of California, as per
plat filed in book 67 of Maps , page 32, records of
said county.
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, AND
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor and
the City Clerk of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized, em—
powered and directed to accept said grant on behalf of the said
City of Redlands,
