RESOLUTION CONCER19ING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS
FROM EADINGTON FRUIT COMPANY.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands ,
California., has received from EADINGTON FRUIT COMPANY, a
corporation - - , the grant of real property
by Grant Deed in the City of Red?ands , County of San
Bernardino, State of California, as described in the deed. dated
May 13, 1957 and attached hereto, said property in-
cluding: An easement for installation, maintenance, repair and
replacement of a sewer line or lines under and across the fol-
lowing described property:
PARCEL NO. 1: The West 10 feet of the East 534.90 feet of the East
1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Eorthweat 1/4 of Section 23 , Town-
ship 1 :youth, Range 3 'lest, SAN .BERNARDINO AND MERIDIAN, as per
U. S. Government Survey.
EXCEPT THEREFROM the South 682.85 feet.
PARCEL N0. 2: The Borth 10 feet of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4
of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 239 Township 1 South, Range 3 West,
SAN BERNARDINO BASE AND MERIDIAN, as per U. S. Government Survey.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM] the East 534 .90 feet.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED .AND ORDERED that the Mayor and
