RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS
FROM INLAND TITLE COMPANY.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands,
California, has received from INLAND TITLE COMPANY. ap Trik&IA2 _in
that certain deed of trust recorded April 14, 1955 , in Book 3629 ,
Paae 304. Official Records , the grant of .real property
by Quitclaim Deed in the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, as described in the deed dated
Mav 10. 1957 and attached hereto, said property in-
cluding:
An easement for installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement
of a sewer line or lines under and across the following described
property:
PARCEL NO. 1: The West 10 feet of the East 534.90 feet of the East
1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 23, Town-
ship 1 South, Range 3 West, SAN BERNARDINO BASE AND MERIDIAN, as
per U. S. Government Survey.
EXCEPT THEREFROM the South 682.85 feet.
PARCEL NO. 2; The North 10 feet of the East 1/2 of the Southwest
1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 23, Township 1 South, Range 3
Fest, SAN BERNARDINO BASE AND MERIDIAN, as per U. S. Government
Survey.
EXCEPT THEREFROM the East 534.90 feet.
BE AND THE SANE IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, AND
BL IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor and
the City Clerk of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized, em-
powered and directed to accept said grant on behalf of the said
City of Redlands.
