RESOLUTION GRANTING EASUMT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY
BE ST HEREBY RE SO LVED that the City Council
of the City of Redlands shall grant to the SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS
COMPANY, a corporation, its suoceasors and assigns, an easement and ten
foot (10 ft.) right-of- ay9 more particularly described as followss
The south 54 feet of a 10 foot wide alley for vacation
in the City of Redland.a9 County of San Bernardino9
State of California* lying westerly of and adjacent
to Lots 2 and 39 Park Addition* as shown on plot re-
corded in Book 159 page 619 records of said County,
said alley being ninety (90 ft.) in length.
Included in said easement shall be a three inch (3")
gas line within the proposed 10 foot right-of-way
and no buildings or enclosed structures can be built
over this Brae and access will be required for maia-
tenance9 operation, or replacement of this line.
