HomeMy WebLinkAbout0888 RESOLUTION No, 888 RESOLUTION GRANTING EAS EMENT IN ALLEY TO THE CALIFORNIA WATER AND TELEPHONE COMPANY DE IT HEREBY RE 80 LV ED that the City Council of the CITY OF REDLANDS shall grant to the CALIFORNIA WATER AND TELEPHONE COMPANY, a corporation., its successors and assigns, the right to construct, use, maa.ntaiu, alter, add toy repair, re- place and/or remove, in , on, under and over the real property herein- after described, situated in the County of Saga Bernardino, State of California, a telephone underground conduit and cable system, toget- her with the necessary manholes, vaults, handhelea, conduite, cables, poles, wirea, and other futures and appliances, for conveying elec- tric energy to be used for communication, telepho e, telegraph, and/or other purposes. Said real property is described as follows: That certain alley as shown on map of Park Addition, recorded in Book 152 F&V 61 of Maps, records of said County and State particularly described by meters and bounds to-wit: B E G I N N I N G at the Northwest corner of Lot 3 of said tract; thence Southerly on the 'fest lime of Lots 3, 2 and l of said tract and the Southerly extension thereof 145 feet more or less to the North line of Lot 9 of Orange Grove Addition as shown by map re- corded in Book 4s Page 38j Records of said County and State; thence Westerly on the North line of said Lot 99 10 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence Northerly on the East lines of Lots 8 and 4 of Park Addition, 145 feet more or less to the Northeast corner of said Lot 4; thence Easterly, 10 feet to the point of beginning. a n d A M E I S H E R E B Y A P P R O V E D H E I T F U R T H E R R E S O L V E D A N D O R D E R E D that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Redlands be, and they Page One of Two Pages are hereby authorizedo empowered and directed to execute said Grant Of Easement on behalf of the said City of Redlands.
