RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS
FROM B and N BUILDERS , INC. , A CORPORATION
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands ,
California, has received from B and N Builders , Inc. , a Corporation,
the grant of real property by Corporate Grant Deedsin the City of
Redlands , County of San Bernardino, State of California, as described
in the deed dated November 199 1957 and attached hereto, said
prropertT including:
All that portion of Block 507 Map No . 9 of a Portion of Redlands
Heights , in the City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino, State of
Oalif ornia, as per plat recorded in Book 16 of Maps , page 299 records
of said County, described as follows:
COMENCING at the centerline intersection of 70 foot wide Crescent
Avenue and 60 foot wide Elizabeth Street; thence along the center-
line of said Elizabeth Street South 330 524 East (South 330 20'
East, record) 135095 feet to an angle point therein; thence South
510 451 East (South 510 251 East, record) 101.96 feet; thence North
380 15 ' East 30.00 feet to the true point of beginning on the.
Northeasterly line of 60 foot wide Elizabeth Street; thence from the
true point of BEGINNING South 51° 451 East 224023 feet along said
Northeasterly line of Elizabeth Street; thence North 170 201 East
10.70 feet ; thence North 511 454 West 220.41 feet ; thence South
38° 15 ' West 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, AND
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor and
the City Clerk of the City of Redlands are hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to accept said grant on behalf of the said
City of Redlands.
