RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OP REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS
FROM RITA 0. BEALL.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands ,
California, has received from .RIT, i 0. BEALL
the grant of real property
by Deed in the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, as described in the deed dated
_July 16.1197 and attached hereto, said property in-
cluding:
All that portion of Lots 1 and 2 , Block 50, Map No. 9
of a portion of Redlands Heights , in the City of Red-
lands, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as per plat recorded in Book 16 of Maps, page 29,
records of said County, described as follows :
BEGINNING at the most Southeasterly corner of said
Lot 1 on the Northeasterly line of 30 foot wide Knoll
Road; thence along said line , North 720 40' Vest 134.88
feet; thence North 210 35 ' 45" East 15 .04 feet; thence
South 720 40' East 132.00 feet; thence South 10° 38'
