THE GRANTOR The City of Redlands, a c:.pal 11corporation, hereby grants to CALIFORNIA WATER & TELEPHONE COMPANY, a corporation, its su- cessors and assigns, the right to construct, use, maintain, alter, add to, repair, replace and/or remove, in, on, under, and over the- real property hereinafter described, situated in the County of _ Saari Bernardino , State of California, a telephone underground conduit and cable system, together with the necessary manholes, vaults, handholes, conduits, cables, poles, wires, and other fixtures and appliances, for conveying electric energy to be used for communtcatton, telephone, telegraph, and/or other purposes Said real property is described as follows That certa alleys as shown on map of Perk Addition., recorded in Book 1.5, Page 61 of Napa, records of said County and State particularly described by meters - ters €nd bounds to-wit.
